Any long distance or toll calls should be made by credit card or your private long distance carrier. If any long distance or toll calls are made, the cost plus a $10 service fee will be deducted from your security deposit. CLEANING FEEMay vary from $125-200 depending on unit size, number of occupants and length of stay. This fee provides you with a clean unit upon check-in. Unit will be cleaned after you check out. stay -- $250 CANCELLATION POLICYDeposit minus $50 cancellation fee will be refunded if cancellation notice is received more than 60 days in advance of stay. If cancellation is less than 60 days prior to your arrival and your unit is rented at the same rate to another party, we will gladly refund your deposit minus $100 cancellation fee. CONFIRMATIONUpon receipt of payment you will be mailed a confirmation and instructions regarding location of the unit key. RULES AND REGULATIONSThese have been posted in each unit. They have been determined by the individual Homeowners Association. Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate cancellation of agreement and forfeiture of payment.
